My work integrates evidence-based techniques including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and EMDR. These approaches allow me to effectively support individuals in healing from past traumatic experiences, develop tools to manage anxiety and depression, break long-standing patterns and gain a deeper sense of self and meaning in their lives.
